Guitars anyone???

Richard Fortus of Guns 'n' Roses played a Dakota One built by Ivison Guitars at Glastonbury. There's an article at Guitar World that tells the story.
Unfortunately, I now have the urge to ask Neil Ivison to build me a single pickup Hurricane '59...
If you want more stories about obscure British luthiers making instruments for famous musicians, Simon Farmer of Gus Guitars made Prince's last guitar. Vanity Fair has the story.
I saw an early Gus guitar at a music show years ago. I don't think the design has changed greatly since, but they look really interesting.

@SKT It's from Richard Henry's facebook feed - he's a reputable guitar trader and tech as well as a good friend of Johnny's.

@xtcclassic From a drummers perspective,that's a really cool looking guitar. I was in a roots rock band with a guitar player who used a Les Paul Jr.,which,kind of, looks like that. What kind of music will you be playing with it?
-
@Jett129 just straight up loud-ass rock and roll, as it should be.

This went up on YouTube today, one for the Johnny Marr & guitar nerd fans!

@George-Homme Very cool!

@George-Homme When I was a kid I went to an event called Gretsch Guitarama and it was at this event that they first introduced the White Falcon. The Searchers were the band that they were sponsoring for the event as they played all Gretsch gear. Just curious, what kind of music will you be playing on it?

@Jett129 what year that was?
I will play rockabilly and rock in general.
