We will stay here today and overnight. I am thinking that tomorrow's leg will start really early (maybe 05:00) so that we go around Cabo de São Vincente at about 10:00, then head up to Sines. That'll be approx halfway home from Menorca....

Cabo de São Vincente

@Giles what are you eating on the boat during the journey thus far? are you shopping markets at each stop? eating at restaurants? scrambled eggs? canned tuna? Fresh Orca?

Eat at restaurants when we can or if they look good. We have a very decent galley. See below.

Breakfasts are usually fruit, yoghurt, muesli, toast cheese, meats....Lunch, a subset of the brekkie. Dinner is salad or pasta of some sort. Overnight stuff is chocolate, chocolate, nuts and more chocolate....
