Tellason

I love this brand. I have a couple of jackets from them. One of the few non-IH brands I'll wear.
If you want to know the history, here's a good start: https://www.heddels.com/2013/03/meet-your-maker-cone-mills-of-greensboro-north-carolina/#:~:text=The Cone Mills we know,%2C in Greensboro%2C North Carolina.
They were one of the most respected denim producers. Like most in the States, I just don't think there was a market for what they were producing here. (Maybe I'm wrong, though.) I do know at the end of it, the factory produced more fabric that wasn't selvage denim.

Might as post this while I'm here and show off the fam and this cool jacket they make.
-
@Wlemon Is that the Coverall jacket?
-
Yup. I have it in red, too. Great fabric. Sorry I'm not smiling in the pic. Don't know what I was thinking about.
-
Great pics!
I'm noticing that the one you are wearing @Wlemon looks different to what I see from the Tellason website here:
https://www.tellason.com/coverall-jacket-garment-dyed-green/
The color on yours is looking much better than what is available now. Did they change their model recently?

Great jackets @Wlemon, always quite fancied a Tellason Coverall. Would love one in 21oz IH, but don't think the cut/style fits with H's MO
-
I bought mine about two years ago. Because of how they dye it, the color may change or it could just be hard to capture on film. I will say the "red" jacket I have is listed as "orange" on their site so who knows? I'd ask them. They are a friendly bunch.

Not in 21 but IH has done similar cuts before

I love a good chore coat, too. I've seen the ones IH did in the past. They were great, though I don't know if that's H's style. Ooe Yofukuten is another good brand that makes chore coats.

Well that's me learned @Anesthetist - will keep an eye out for future releases in a similar vein

Just got a reply from Tony Patella from Tellason. Seems they have stocked some good amount of material from White Oak before it's closure and the topper shirt is made out of the fabric that was sourced from White Oak in the US.

Just went to a cool little store in St.Paul called blkblu. Picked up this 12.5oz coverall jacket. I’ve had my eyes on this for years but I was finally able to try one on in person. Love the boxy chore coat fit. Plus the 12.5 oz lighter denim will be great for AZ nights. I have a pair of 16oz ankaras but they don’t get any love since buying Iron Heart jeans
-
16.5oz coverall jacket, nice jacket when I’m wanting to change it up
-
Tellason was my first pair of Selvedge Jeans. Tony and Pete are great guys. Then I found Iron Heart and well…we all know how this story goes.
My buddy bought me this wool Tellason sweater as a birthday gift this last week and it’s wonderful. Super breathable, stretchy, soft and comfy as all hell. -
@Mizmazzle looks great man. I have 2 coverall jackets and some ghurka pants from them and they are all super dope. Definitely not iron heart but they do some cool things.

They had a purple sweater I was looking at also. But it’s 80 F here now, so maybe this fall haha
