Wife keeps them on track make sure they are doing the school work online and they don’t fall behind when they go back to school. (She was teacher before I marry her) her skill are coming to use. -
One of the hardest things for all of us in Quarantine/isolation is missing out on our friends and loved ones. I've been coping by going through my camera roll and looking back at the fun times.
The simple things like hanging out on the couch with legless friends in the 17 oz duck CPO
To being able to go shirtless at a wedding with an IH 25 oz. denim vest and a bowtie and watch my 3 besties get married to one another.
to being able to spend quality time with Mr. Joe Exotic and my big cats, whom i let people pet for money.
However, if there is one benefit, it's that i think a little less about my mortal enemy.

I have a Iron Heart sticker snap game going on
When you run out of ideas how too entertain, kids so I came up with this.
The players are
Player 1 Baby Don (Iron Heart Cap)
Player 2 Junior Mafia (25oz Vest)
Player 3 of course me (you know my name)
(am Iron Heart for ever)The rules are to enter the game must have Iron Heart garments on as you see in the picture.
Winner will get chocolate… kids are convinced.

Late night problems..
My sleeping pattern mess up, I have no job to go too can’t sleep well at night
so I exercise till am tired..
No gym got improvise
May get harder but get shorter.. in the end.Push up on the bog roll definitely a struggle got there in end..
The biceps curl the easiest.Here a few new tips. Ha ha
