No excitement on this thread? I for one am looking forward to this landing in the mail box some time in the near future… sized down from normal as I’m planning on wearing it over just a tee and layering over if necessary. Might be marginal, might be amazeballs.

I have the 666-PIQ from a few years back and it is a special material.

The trousers get dirty for sure. I get about five wears between washes. They got worn a lot last summer and ended up with food stains, grass stains, the lot, and always come up clean, so I’m not too worried. The jacket is likewise intended for summer even then, not for everyday use.

I think it is best suited for relatively cleaner environments, not my dusty and humid/sweaty reality over here. I guess beach areas strike me as ideal for it.
Also, I find I can better tolerate less-than-clean bottoms than tops; which is why I have a white IH herringbone cargo pant. Doesn’t get much use though.

Stick it in the washing machine when its dirty and when it comes out its clean again

I did not. Went L because I wanted a classic short fit and to wear it only over a tee. Good for summer. In the colder months I can layer it under a warmer coat. Here you go:

I want to get one for the summer months. So plan to wearing it also just over T. Sizing down would be tough. and because of the white color the jacket will get a lots of washes  and  a little shrinking is also possible. so I think I stick with my usual XL.

That’s good to know. But decided to go for XL. L is to tight the in shoulders/gut area.
