Do you use binchotan coals for your grill? If so what’s your lighting technique? I’ve got a Konro that I have yet to use.

Have not used it yet, but I will use very good quality South American charcoal, not Binchotan.  I will light the charcoal on another grill using one of these:

Quick question for the Crew:

I’m arriving at Gatwick on Saturday (14.09) at 10:45. Is it necessary to pre-book a ticket for the Southern Rail? Or are their prices standard, so that I could simply purchase a ticket when I arrive at Gatwick?

@Alex_24 Certainly doesn't hurt to pre-book it. I highly doubt the price will be lower if you wait till you land

@Alex_24 if you do prebook, make sure you book an open return not a specific train, though the price will be slightly lower for a specific train, the saving does not outweigh the irritation of having to buy a second ticket if your plane is slightly delayed.

I would download the app Trainline and go for this option, you get a QR code ticket download

Unfortunately we will not be coming after all 

My fellow coach for the football team I manage cannot cover next weeks match due to circumstance outside his control, and if we have no coach the game gets called as a loss. I’m not eager to have 16 angry kids and parents on my back, so we will have to duck out i’m afraid.

Can’t wait to see the pictures, and I know everyone is going to have an awesome time.
