This is a concept I've toyed around with on paper for a few years. The challenge with indigo is some varieties of the plant have compounds that can be toxic to humans in even small quantities. There are one or two varieties that would work well though…
Blue is also a deceptively difficult color to get in beer through natural means. Things of blue color tend to be basic in nature (pH greater than 7) where as beer is acidic (average pH ~5). Had an idea for a beer involving blue kool-aid once though, and that would have definitely been a vibrant blue...

@Madame Buttonfly will work out arrangements properly, but in very basic terms, Fri 13th evening, down to the brewery. Saturday afternoon/evening Yakitori etc at the office. Sunday morning, breakfast BBQ at the office

Hi all, yes sorry for being slow to confirm dates, as @Giles said we decided on WEEKEND OF 13TH/14TH/15TH SEPTEMBER!
I will focus soon on looking into local accommodation which is always a challenge. I'll try to find out when the new Travelodge is due to open, might not be soon enough. AirBnB might also be a good option.
We are all very excited that so many of you plan to make the trip!
