Giles and Alex don't really mention it. But kudos to them for taking all of our suggestions and doing something with them! I have been asking for things like 4x shirts, easier to fade jeans, unbrushed and lighter weight flannels, 25 oz 888, husky cuts, you name it…. and they are absolutely killing it, in my humble opinion.

Thanks! It's interesting to me that the dark to mid fade tone of these is the same as the non-faded shade of a pair of UHR. I can't wait to see everyone's pictures a year from now.

Mine are definitely still more of a black with a touch of indigo.  Yours look to be entirely made of gradations of indigo.  And I'm totally with you, these are going to look amazing in a year or so.

My knees are faded A LOT since crawling around/playing with the kid….way more than any other pair I have worn, even for a year or more ha. The quick fading and high contrast of this denim will make these insane.

Haha, waist will be big but not too bad, I have other 36, leg will be quite big as I am usually 13"

You will most likely feel like they’re too big. 888s have a higher rise, so they sit higher on your waist. Many folks have been sizing down, not up. Thigh measurement is also key—if you normally do a 13” thigh, these will be very roomy in 36.

Thanks for the advice, they have 32 available but I am worried that will size down too much as the 34 14oz were already a pain to get on.

Giles had also said that they have enough of this denim to make 300 more pairs of something. Maybe just sit tight,until the next round comes out.
