Bad pic. But these almost hold their shape horizontally now they have been soaked and dried. Getting ready to put them on now. Already broke a finger nail trying to button the fly a couple times. Haha xD

Ever since my first pair of Iron Heart 25 XHS I have wanted a pair with small leg openings. So I really owe you one Crew, @Giles  and @Alex and Boss.

Twice hot-soaked?

Mine should arrive on Monday. Pumped!

This time I soaked for about 5 hours and changed the water to make it scalding hot 3x times. Long enough to take mom to a doctor's appointment and out to dinner. Then I put a fan blowing on them overnight.

They did shrink quite a bit. They feel overall much more snug than when I first tried them on.

Also I didn't fuck up the patch xD

After the soak they fit like they were measured and tailored for me.

Yes. Just a thin coat. Don't overdo it. I just smeared it on with my thumb because it is the size of the top of the bottle. A little goes a long way. Also Wesco bee oil works super-awesome.

I kept it above the water though. It did slowly get wet as the water soaked through the waist. But as long as it isn't constantly under the hot water it will be fine.

My hot water doesn't get as hot as yours, I bet. Mine only goes to 120F.  How hot is your hot-soak water?

Oh, okay.  I don't know why I thought yours was way hotter. I think I once saw one of your soak pictures with steam rising from the tub, just assumed it was much hotter.

They are tonal but navy blue I believe, not indigo.

EDIT: now I think about it, IH use polycotton stitching that doesn’t take up indigo so indigo dyed arcs would be a tall order for IH.

I love the indigo dyed arcs on my 18oz vintage. The Navy, non fading arcs will look awesome down the road. Mine will be here tomorrow, can't wait.

I’m really tempted to get these. I’ve never owned a 25oz pair of jeans. Closest is my Lee 101z 19oz which I love. I keep reading this forum and it’s getting hard to resist the purchase. My only concern is the thigh measurement. It seems quite big. I measured a bunch of my other pants and these have the biggest thigh (I’m looking at a 36). I just just order them and if they don’t fit the way I like I can always return. Everyone’s photos are looking great.

Or look at the 555 version. Much slimmer leg.
