Yeah it was always a losing battle. My plan was to have them sell out in the first 48hrs so temptation would be removed. When that didn’t happen I knew I was fekked.

Issues of money and numbers of jeans aside, I only have one pair of XHS and they are properly battered. So that’s a good enough reason for me.

That was exactly my plan with the 555xhsib
I also lost after a few days.. LOL

I got mine! All I can say is hurry up and get a pair before they sell out! They are incredible. They are so heavy and stiff! I love them.

The package was quite girthy.

So girthy.

I didn't bother ironing them. In the soak, extra hot. I put some Red Wing oil on the patch.

Does the contrast stitching appear loud in reality? I'm not sure what to make of the way the really dark fabric with that stitching looks in the photos.

Those look great, Mike! I’m still holding out for an 888 out of regular XHS. This is too similar to my pronto double indigo 25oz. The measurements are really perfect, though.

Thank you sir, thank you very much. I think a bit of irresponsible acquisition now and again is a necessary thing. It's all about the balance.

I like the yellow stitching a lot. But I do think the yellow arcs are loud. So this is why I prefer the stealth arcs.

@neph93 I love being cold. I have to work outside a lot, soaking wet even. So I am used to it. I would love to go to Norway and see the Aurora Borealis.

@sabergirl thanks. I am delighted. I will post a ton of pics when I am able to wear them tomorrow. They're on their 3rd soak now. I keep changing the water to keep it hot. My initial impression of these is that they are thicker that the Pronto XHS double indigo.

@twin I think they might bust me. I had a hell of a time buttoning them up. These are no joke.

@Filthy I was wondering how you made out with the buttons. Was afraid you were going to say piece of cake. @sabergirl I feel like it’s a more intense(in every aspect) version of the Pronto /IH 25OZ,and that’s ,so far,my all time favorite denim.
