Personally, it feels a little bit more giving than denim. Over the past year, I am worn it about a dozen times and haven't noticed much stretch, though. I suppose if you put it under heavy stress, like most things, it would stretch.

Bought in January, washed three or four times. I recommend elbow patches, the elbows on mine would've worn through in three or four months without them.

Not gonna lie, the elbow patch looks pretty sick

I wasn’t really sure what expect fabric wise even after reading the previous 14 pages. Much softer then I imagined it would be. Color is absolutely amazing in person, surprising difficult to photograph with indoor lighting though. Fits good overall a warm soak will make it about perfect I think. Going to be great for morning pup walks and layering. Excited to have this piece to choose from in the mornings.

This is my first Iron Heart product.  I bought a large and for me the fit is perfect.  Do you guys recommend any soaking or washing prior to wearing?

Washing/soaking is usually not necessary. This particular shirt has already been one-washed.
