They don't have as good of a delivery system as DPD or UPS, which both give a 1-hour window when they expect to deliver. Maybe the guy hates his route or something, lol! Our DPD guy leaves the delivery attempt slip with his cellphone number on it, so you can reach him directly for a re-delivery attempt if he has time.
This is the third day in a row that Maddy has missed the package on account of walking the dog. The only notification they send out is a generic "You package will be delivered by 1800", with no detailed tracking available on the website.

DHL does the same thing. They provide you with a generic, "your package will be delivered by end of day," message with zero detailed tracking other than "your package is out for delivery." At least UPS and USPS provide some reliability. Anyway, hope you get the jacket

Take these numbers with a grain of salt, folks.
I'm not a qualified measure-ologist, lol! Also, keep in mind that the jacket will get washed along the way, so there could likely be some shrinkage, though in my experience with my brown 816's, the whipcord does stretch some.
