I got a few hoodies and sweatpants whose drawstrings have ugly knots to prevent them from disappearing. This would solve this in a beautiful way. And I would use it probably on the leather string on my keyhook.

EDIT #2: If I was a rich man I'd have these on IHM-28 Goatskin M65. Can you imagine? It might actually be worth wiping out a credit card just to have that for the rest of your life  ???
