Great, so maybe a couple weeks after that to get everything over to you and ready to sell? There were never any photos of the new navy on their end, were there? I'm guessing they just made the olive sample and not the others? If so, will the interior color be roughly similar to the last time the N1 was made in navy? Have to admit that the olive is looking pretty damn good, so I might end up being tempted away from navy regardless.

The black, navy and khaki will essentially be remakes of the earlier versions so no samples necessary. Three colours per season is normal. Khaki and navy are pretty much always in, the third colour changes (it's been black, brown and grey the last few years). Having a fourth colour is unusual. It 's quite a colour though.

The most recent schedule is this one, but with various weather disasters in Japan, nothing is going according to plan. I suspect the most likely estimate is "it will happen when it happens".

We may actually get these this week…...So the schedule is accurate (first time for everything).....
I've been practically counting down the remainder of "late October" at this point.

There has been a tremendous SNAFU with UPS in Japan, this shipment should have left last Saturday, it still has not left…....
Basically, the shipment is 29 cartons. UPS online system maxes out at 20. So I created a 20 carton shipment and a 9 carton shipment. UPS Japan don't know which of the 29 cartons should have the 20 labels put on them and which should have the 9 labels put on them.......
Like does it matter? And if it does, it's our issue not theirs.....

My biggest complaint in Japan was that they are at times (USUALLY) overly considerate, to the point of it being an inconvenience.
Wishing for less thorough customer service…... Talk about "first world problems", LMAO!

These jackets are nothing short of awesome. My black IHM-10 is just coming up to 3 years old and is the winter go-to jacket. It has also aged really nicely

I'd laugh at the stupidity if only it weren't such a hassle for you guys. Hope things are sorted out soon.

That shipment of 29 cartons is due in on Monday. But another 17 carton shipment is now due in on Monday too. 46 cartons is a massive delivery for us and will stretch space and resources to the limit. Bottom line, they may get here Monday, but I don't know when we will manage to get them online.
