It's close enough that I may be able to swing something with enough notice as well. Some of the flights are super cheap…I've done a weekend there before..why not!

Is spring 2019 (April or possibly May) too soon?  The big unknown is when the supplier shows will take place, and that does dictate when our retailers, and therefore IHUK, need to be in town.

We could ask Haraki san to kindly host a day at Hachioji, as well as doing some "strategic" (read drinking and eating) gatherings in Tokyo.

Do let me have your input, and we'll work towards setting some dates so that folks can investigate travel.

Just arriving at Haneda, leaving Japan today  - what better time to start planning another visit?

I think we probably would not make this just a weekend trip but a longer stay.
With advanced notice we have no constraints. Q2 2019 and later would be great.

Arrived in LA to beautiful temperatures.  Thrifty had no "economy cars", so they gave us a 4x4 - aint complaining….

Drove up to Yucca Valley, which seemed to take forever, courtesy of the LA freeways, now safely ensconced in a Super 8 (it isn't really)…..

Re: Forum Gig to Japan.

The brands show collections twice a year.  That is when I have to be there (not to see other collections, but that is when most retailers are in town so we take that opportunity of showing ours too).  So our dates are immovable.  Once we know the dates (usually not until about 5 months before the trip) we will publish.  We normally go for a week or so, but peeps could go for shorter or longer, hang-out together, do some travelling etc etc…..
