Iron Chef WAYCT - What Are You Cooking Today

Alright, so technically, it's not what I'm cooking today, since I have no kitchen; but I finally dumped a couple hundred photos from my camera's SD card onto my laptop, so I feel like I should do something with them. Besides, Injun Jack shouldn't have to carry this thread by himself, so here's one of the last meals I made before my home transformed into an outtake of This Old House Start with fresh dough: 
  Then add olive oil, garlic and various spices: 
  Throw on some spinach: 
  Add some prosciutto: 
  Cover the whole thing with mozzarella: 
  Bake at 550F for 6-7 minutes: 
  Slice: 
  Serve with an appropriate cold beverage:
