Faster than the XHS.

They were my first pair of jeans that fitted perfectly and that I wore constantly for 1 year.

At the time I was New to fading denim and all I saw was “still dry “ crap …. contestants wearing the same denim for Y2 that didn’t soak them so that’s what I thought had to be done lol..
and I’ve mentioned it before it was brutal breaking In period.

So wouldn’t mind getting another pair knowing what i know now

Put them in sand and wash in the ocean.

I always soak my 25oz first.

But they your jeans feel free do what you like.

from my experience they even fade faster when soaked and washed.

I know I have to give them an initial soak now . Like I did with my XHS

That’s what I’m saying this time around…I would give them an initial soak, I wouldn’t get them hemmed as I like the original length. I wouldn’t have turn up cuffs leave them down because i like the look of loose stacks like my 555sSBG . Few changes different outcome.. main one easy break In period

Here is my pair, fresh after a wash. I'm at 417 wears. For the first time, they need some repair/reinforcement in the crotch--one area there is wearing pretty thin.

Cheers! Yes I don't think I usually get that far, at least not with other brands. But these are still in pretty good shape. My aim is to get to a 1000 wears.

@Lowlander daaannggg! What's your plan for repairs? Mine are in need too. Was hoping to wait until XHS season is over but I don't think they can make it that long.

@hoppy_IPA The damage isn't too serious yet, so I'm probably going to ask a local tailor to run a couple of stitches over the thin area for reinforcement. That will be quickest, cheapest, and take up the least "footprint." If things get a lot worse later on, I will send them too IHUK.
