I'm lucky, close to 100% of my meat, veg and dairy comes from within a few miles of my home...

If my sight doesn't cheat me, I can see a shopping note on the table of IJ from here… It says, in big, capitalised letters:

Alright, so technically, it's not what I'm cooking today, since I have no kitchen; but I finally dumped a couple hundred photos from my camera's SD card onto my laptop, so I feel like I should do something with them.

Besides, Injun Jack shouldn't have to carry this thread by himself, so here's one of the last meals I made before my home transformed into an outtake of This Old House

Start with fresh dough:

Then add olive oil, garlic and various spices:

Throw on some spinach:

Add some prosciutto:

Cover the whole thing with mozzarella:

Bake at 550F for 6-7 minutes:

Slice:

Serve with an appropriate cold beverage:

Grilled cheese sandwiches… Dry and crispy, just as I like 'm... I had some bread left that expired April 12th but I hate letting things go to waste so... We'll see what gives...

And I still don't get the Brits' fascination/ love for Stella Artois… Here in Belgium we use that to clean our toilets...
