The large does feel and look better I think. The shoulders and length look better and not so puffed up like the XL??

My thoughts as well.  Hoping some others will chime in, but you should go with what you are comfortable wearing.  If you’re comfortable, chances are that you will enjoy it for much longer.

@RichardsT I think the Large looks better. I can see how it might not be as comfy as the XL, but I think it would be great worn open over a t-shirt. The XL just looks too long and oversized in my opinion. But keep the one you think you’ll get most use out of.

Slowly at first, then bang, the indigo starts flying out. Good contrast and a nice crosshatch pattern.

Resurrecting this thread, and I certainly did not need another winter jacket.
Kentaurus still had two sizes left at a decent discount, so there is that.
I normally take 46/XXXL in Type3 jackets. Sized up to 48 for layering with this one. Sleeves are borderline long, but it feels comfortable in the body buttoned up.
