i would say hem but just cause thats my style hehe.  truly a case of personal preference.

I would split the difference and hem them to a length suitable for a single cuff.

I find the cuffed photo better but I think it's because of the flap of fabric sticking to the side in the uncuffed version.

By the way, I really like how they fit you.

Hem them 2,5" longer than your "normal" inseam. That'll allow them to be cuffed once neatly, 2" cuff, or to be worn stacked if you decide you like that better.
