I have the 12oz wabash 62 indigo size M, a bit tight in shoulder and chest, only cold washes and still ok, do you think i should size up for a L in a 14oz ? i guess the outside of the shirt has been measured not the inside ?

use the comparison function in the shop , there you can see the measurements of both shirt a compare them easy.
the 295 is heavy shit and not comparable to 12oz, so I would recommend not to choose too tight. -
