I'm laid off for the winter and usually I collect unemployment but the system is inundated with fraudulent claims, people who don't want to work, and other online technical issues… So no jacket for me I've been trying to get money they've owed me since July.  Ive done this job for 15 years and I depend on unemployment when I'm laid off. My employer pays towards the insurance, and it is money that I'm due, but they refuse to fix the system and it looks like I'm shit out of luck.

Yeah, every year. It's the only reason I still do this job is because I like having a couple months off.

Pa is a g.d. pain in the ass but I've found relentless badgering works.
