When the run arrives in Gosport UK, it will be photographed and measured and details released here. It will go online a few days later. Until then the Japan crews IG seems like your best bet.

Hitherto, the Japanese have always only done a work or a western per fabric in Ultra Heavy Flannel.  We have always (well usually) asked them to make both for the western market.  I think that will change in SS22, as most samples have been made in both cuts….

I was also stuck in the thinking that western UHF’s were the norm on both sides of the pacific and work shirts the exception.

The continued excellence of pattern design and colourways really is impressive. This years is mouthwatering…. and I haven’t picked up a UHF for a few years.

Western shirt still coming out for western market I believe. Just can't check out early pictures of it as it's not releasing in the Japanese market.

OOoOo I see I misunderstood dang it, now I still don’t know which to get 

I like the easy access pockets of the work but the yoke/ fit on the western shirts

Can’t decide for you, but for me, if in doubt, I go for the western, mainly because of the fit.

I’m strictly a Western shirt guy, but ,occasionally,there are patterns that look better on a Work shirt and,for me,this might be one of them.
