IH-463S - 21oz Selvedge Denim Sneaker Cut Jeans "The Boss Cut" - Indigo

Rueben. They will lossen up. I took tag 38 when i shaw the thigh measurements which is one up from my 634's and the top block was still tight. The cut is to die for!! Hell i could of wore tag 40 on those but they are loosening up nicely.

@neph93 - to be fair, my 36s are insanely snug, but I do have movement now, and the fit is so damn good, i wouldn't want it any other way.. except a pair in 14oz selvedge for my summer bonfires

I've been thinking about this and my recent pairs have been XHS or 22oz, with the exception of the Shinayaka, which doesn't count because of the elastic. The XHS and 22oz both shrink the same and I ordered with that in mind.
It is a long old time since I have had a new pair of 21oz, and I'm out of touch I think. While I don't think I had a pair this snug before, if I get 1.5" in the waistband I should be fine. Lord knows I can tough these things out. I've worn them this evening and the thighs are relaxing, and the top block is a little more comfortable. My hips are complaining though and the waistband bites when I sit
The fit is stunning though. The campaign for more 463 iterations starts here!

Yes!!! Would love to see this cut on a different denim.

It's difficult to get a true gauge of demand for these as we have been out of stock for long periods. We have sold 98 since we released 22 months ago.
We have 2 "tell me when back in stock" requests, and have most sizes in stock.
On the face of it, it's not worth the risk of us doing these in a new denim….

come on @neph93 get a pic up. In my head I am picturing Burt Reynolds in his tight bell bottoms in Smokey & The Bandit

Conditions for pics here are appalling, hence my absence from WAYWT recently. But as soon as it is less stormy/wet/blizzardy I will be on it.
I was optimistic when I took them off last night, but after not putting the Shinayaka on for the first time in weeks this morning, in order to work on stretching these, I now think they may be too much to work with in the waist. That being said, if there was ever a motivation to get back in the gym, these pants are it.

Lol.
What is the plan! -
It almost sounded like you were gonna give up on these. Glad you’re going in to battle to make em work…or you know you could always spend a weekend or a few on that reno of yours to get them to do what you want
-
I’m going for this first:
Soaked the waistband and top block down to the yoke and have literally jacked them up. Been rotating then 45 degrees then leaving for an hour. After a full circle they’d stretched an inch. I’ve now soaked them again jacked them up a bit more, and will leave the to dry like this over night.

Determined for sure. I wish you luck. Its a lovely fit and you should get to enjoy it.
-
Success!
They ended up spending 24 hours under tension. I took them off while still a little damp, in order to let them form to my body, and the waist has stretched 4cm (1.6”). They can now be worn comfortably (although the rest of the top block and thighs are snug [emoji1]).
Pics tomorrow, I hope

@neph93 sounds like you could use a pair of sweatpants shorts to help you in your quest for comfort
