Fanboy/girl interviews. How they found out about the brand? What they love, «My favourite rugged gear» etc. They could be done as stand alone episodes, a number of interviews collated in one episode, or a regular segment within other episodes. They could be done based on a standard set of questions/topics, or be more free ranging.
Retailer interviews could be interesting too, to get a sense of the brand from the entire brand network.

.....while that may be true, I would suggest that the number of items you own does not correlate with your value to the forum or the brand. Your passion and enthusiasm does however.

There are a good few forum members actively involved in subcultures - music genres, biking, extreme sports. Would be great to discuss denim and IH's continued linege and relevance to those people today.
Denim was more synonymous with counterculture identity in previous decades, whereas nowadays some brands use a counterculture image solely as a narrative for advertising. No one can accuse IH of that.

As an aside, we might have “ambassadors” or representatives from each “cut” who can speak on behalf of their constituency and lobby to “influence” which cuts get made first in the new UHR denim and others things like that...I nominate myself to represent the 634 squad...
...Also could be a more public extension of the forum, where contests and things are orchestrated through both platforms. Like a public announcement of best WAYWT, where the winner is announce on the podcast through some listener interaction/voting blah blah. Could also be a public “happy hour” critique of the forum, like “fuck that adam313 guy, let’s send him a PM and see if he responds, make him defend his comments!” Or you could face time random forum members and see what their lives are like real time. WAYDT real time lol...OR “let’s check in with IHUK”, real time chat lol, or have people call into the show to talk about random things...Forum member ROASTS, and things of that nature maybe...connect it with Instagram

Another idea… aIHrmiles... a global map of the IH forum membership. Start at Gosport as ground zero and do a virtual travel to all of the countries where the forum has members. I know I'd love to hear from fellow members in different countries, especially Eastern Europe, Indonesia, South America etc.
