Hands down new favorite IH item. I wish I would have gotten these at the beginning of the summer, instead of the end.
The nice thing about IH is that you know you can enjoy them for many summers to come.

Trying to decide between the beige and the brown. I don't suppose you have both shorts and might be willing or able to post a side by side of them and give you opinion?

One other question. Did those that purchased these shorts find themselves having to size down or, at least, wishing they had sized down from their normal IH jean size?

Not me, and they're cargo's, much better a tad loose than a tad tight imo

I’m a 33” waist. Got a size 32 in the beige shorts from Burg & Shield.
When it arrived I had to trade it in for the 34.If in doubt, get the bigger size I would say.

I also once had a 34 but switched to 36 for a more comfortable fit
@BrianA yes, they got pretty light. I found a picture that illustrates it quite well.
