Astorflex wool sweater, patagonia fleece vest & gaiter, ih-666-25oz, red wing moctoes. Was cold & snowing today, so I’ve occasionally also had on a Levi’s premium clothing fleece lined type 3 kinda jacket on throughout the day when the wind starts.

-Since the Wesco horsehide Foreman boots didn't fit, got these new Viberg Scout Oak Dearborn Boots. Leather is soft and thick, enjoying the colour difference between the L and R, looking forward to how these age. Goes well with Filson belt I think.
-This is a uniqlo shirt(!): soon I'm hoping to get the IHSH-13, 33-t, and 254-gryStarting my collection with the OD's and an ombre navy flannel work, which is works well as an overshirt. Had a 526 previously but it was too big so sold it but then on future list is that jacket again, and a black hooded sweat. Excited to build up a solid collection, but on lecturer's wages it'll take time. Lucky to live close to where all this stuff comes into the UK.

@Nkwkfld the different ways to style IH is a source of joy to me. This looks superb, while being a million miles away from how I wear my IH-888s-OD. What do you lecture in and where?

Thanks @neph93 , what's your way of wearing 888s? I'm happy to move away from the aggressively tapered jeans I used to wear, but have always kind of needed a taper because of cycling legs. I think the 888 is pretty perfect.
I lecture in drama mostly at University of Portsmouth and my research is about theories of ecology in new experimental performance.

Man, I miss academia… I size down on 888's as a rule, to achieve something similar to the 555 which I generally struggle with because of rugby thighs. I also never tuck shirts into anything and generally stack heavily. I really like your whole look in that pic.

Very cool that the same cut can be worn so differently.
My inspiration comes from a couple old family photos from the Alaskan king crab fishing business in the 1950's, of a cousin sorting crab with a flannel tucked in to high waist black jeans or chinos. Even the kids look cool, one of which is my father, with their cuffed denim over work boots and dirty white sweats.

That time of year has come where getting photo’s done outside is a bit of a challenge due to light, wind, rain and temps.
I’ve moved to a new office though, with something approaching decent lighting, so there is WAYWT hope for the winter.

I absolutely love the Military look and styling and find I'm very often wearing men's clothes. But Hey! The only thing I don't like about this outfit are the sneakers, the white soles just spoil it for me!! Need to find a way to colour or dye them somehow. Keep on rocking @RoxRocks86 you're always looking good girl xx -
