@Appfaff im really enjoying it. I got it free from a friend who had a an issue with the control panel. I found one for $50 on eBay and it fired right up. I haven’t done proper long smokes (brisket, pork butt, etc.) with it, but I’ve found it puts so much flavor into many foods.
For instance tonight I made Turkey meatballs and 2 different kinds of pizza and baked them all in the Traeger. I’ve done chicken wings and thighs. I’ve also put a pork roast in the sous vide for 12 hours, shredded it and then tossed it in the Traeger for an hour to get really crispy carnitas. Not traditional, but delicious and it saved me pellets.

First day with my new IHSH-07-IND. I’m kinda having snap regret. I know that’ll fade as I wear it more. Also wearing 555-03, my super worn out Levi’s trucker, usual Eat Dust Pecos.
