It surprises me that these don't look very different than a faded pair of 634s.  I would have expected the lower legs to retain more of the black dye.  Any idea how many times they were washed?

IMHO
666Sod are  slimmer. I own both: 301S= size 29; 666Sod= size 30

you won't find measurements for both jeans in one place. Giles does not carry the 301 and Kiya does not have the 666s-od.

I checked the waist of my 666sod and now, after 3 weeks, is 31.50"!!!
It was 28.9"…
They are like the Spider-Man's symbiotic costume!

Thigh is 10.5", no changes.
