My desk job means I don’t get much work out of my workwear unfortunately.  Bikes and lawn mowing is about the extent of it.

Just got the old one out.  The new one (of course) has completely different fittings, so today's job was really to get the old one out and work out what I need to buy to get the new one installed….

Hot water is over rated and I’m sure there wasn’t any on your last fishing trip…btw great video of @Ian72

We sold the boat to friends (they take delivery in March 2023ish), it had hot water on it, so we better make sure it still does when they take ownership.  And they are borrowing it for a couple of days later this week, to get to know her, so time is sort of, of the essence….

…hopefully you can salvage some of the old fittings and make the new one work.  Do you think you’ll have to change some of the plumbing?

Yeah, I will have to alter plumbing.  We have rigid piping on the freshwater system (cold in/hot out) and the positions of the inputs and outputs are in different places on both units, the feeds from the engine are flexible, so they should be OK…..
