I took the time to try on a few watches this weekend in Nashville. The Hamilton is the “Murph” edition and is a watch that has been on my list for a while. However after trying it on, it is a bit too large for my wrist. The Omega is a new to me style but is quite attractive and priced pretty well (for an Omega at least). It might be a contender in the future?
Lastly the Oris x Momotaro was a total surprise and actually a really, really attractive piece in the flesh. It is also well priced. Might see about it on the gray market.

@Anesthetist the Murph looks good, but I agree that it seems a bit big for you. You'd better hit the gym to bulk up those wrists!
I like the Oris too, but I'm not so fond of the Omega as the dial is a bit busy.

The denim strap seems like a useless gimmick, but the Momotaro Oris is really good looking otherwise.

Maybe this was posted prior, but I missed it. learned a lot. Now I want a GS.

There have been a few interesting watches launched in the last couple of days.
First up is the Omega Speedmaster Chronoscope. It's got a new, hand wound movement which looks lovely in the photos. It's available in several colours, the Panda dial with red accents is my favourite. I'm not sure how legible the dial will be, particularly as I'm starting to get presbyopia.
There's also the Hamilton Khaki Field Chronograph. It looks good, but a 44 mm watch on a Bund strap is going to wear pretty big.
Lastly there's the Chopard Alpine Eagle Cadence 8HF. The Alpine Eagle range came out a while back, when everyone started getting obsessed about integrated bracelet steel sports watches. But this one has a titanium case and an 8 Hertz movement, most watches run at 4 Hertz, which should make it more accurate.

While I find the Omega to be rather busy (a sentiment felt about the sort of watches this is styled after as well), I happen to LOVE the bronze gold execution:
