BROTHERHOOD OF BIB
-
HELL YES @RoxRocks86
I will say that anytime I need to do more than walk about or lounge these are INTENSE and far too hot. How've they been for you working in them so far?
Edit: That Good Art gear looks rad af.

BROTHERHOODmake that SISTERHOOD of the bib. Holy smokes @RoxRocks86. and Luke is right that Good art EDC is stunning. -
@henry_david haha yeah i can only wear these comfortably to work if the location is breezy and not super humid. It’s 82F, 54% humidity with 14mph wind right now so it’s survivable
But using these for work have been great. Love how useful the pockets are when I just need to carry around a few hand tools/fasteners and best part is not feeling weighed down from the hips like on normal denim when hanging tools off a belt or pocket.

More quality bib picks from @RoxRocks86 , gonna have to step my game up

My hickory bib lending itself to a footpeg swap on my DR650 SE today,
along with IHSN 01 sneakers and an IH thermal which felt good between my back and the chilly floor.

Casual, chic, and cool af. Good work, @motojobobo

I agree the Hickory Bibs are looking great @motojobobo, are they the 17 oz version or the 12oz 807?
@RoxRocks86 thanks for the offer but plenty of ladders at workI just meant I gotta get some more in the wild fit pics up (lounging lap dogs only count for half).
-
Thank you all for the nice comments on my first bib pic!
@Joberwocky they are the 12 oz 807. Are these the lightestweight bibs by IH?
I got these on sale and that helped tip me over. I used to wear work overalls in my first job after college in the oil business, so I had some nice memories and decided to try these out. The downside is I didn’t have the benefit of learning from this brotherhood on how they are meant to fit. I’m wearing the straps as long as they go. These are much closer fitting on me than advised here… maybe I’ll lose some kilos to help the fit
The multitude of pockets are a godsend when you still guess around for wrench sizes and the more tools on you, the less frequently I have to get off the floor and back to the tool chest!
-
I'm 5'6" so I have my straps adjusted pretty tight
The Wabash overalls are also 12oz, and look killer to boot.
I'd say the fit is working for you, I got mine in the same waist size as my XHS and find them to be relaxed and comfortable, though if I got a pair in a lighter fabric I might size down one. I have an old '82 Honda nighthawk 650 that could use a little bib-clad attention, I keep meaning to put aside a Saturday but I've been lazy and it's been REALLY hot and humid -
Soon…these will be mine soon..
-
Can't wait to see someone else in here rocking some simultaneously over the top but undoubtedly cool overbuilt IH bibs in here, preemptive welcome @chrisjohnnick you won't be disappointed
