    @Giles is the Wabash sizing the same as the denim bibs?

        @henry_david:

        I've wanted the 814 for a while so I'll be getting those first and then looking to see which overalls I need next lol.

        looks like you've been bitten by the bib bug! which is way better than a bed bug  😃

            For all intents and purposes, yes….....Likely to be minor variations, but they'll be minor....

              As someone bitten by the bib bug, I'm a bit unclear about the sizing of these.  If I have a 34 in the XHS (the waist in that being 34.7) would I presumably get a 34 in these? Thanks, everyone looking killer in these

                I'd say 36.

                  36? That would be a 41 waist in these, are.they intended to fit that relaxed?  I understand the sizing doesn't take into account the thickness of the fabric, so the 39 waist of the 34 on paper already seems pretty large.

                    I feel like the rises (especially the shorter back rise) make the waist fall in a different place than on pants. Oversized would be the way I would go!

                      I think @LewisStonehouse was in the exact same boat as you. I suggested a 36 and they worked out. Looser and comfy is the point of these, not form fitting. I suggested he bend and the waist and attempt to touch his toes, if he had to exhale to do this or must groan when he stands up out of a chair a 36 would be better. If you're one of those muscly athletic types probably and 34 would be better.

                        Ha, by no means a muscly athletic type, but for sure on the shorter side.  5'6" if it matters

                          I don't know how much the bib rise or straps vary from size to size. I would send the Stubborn Crew an email or use the live chat and get them to see. I still think bigger is better for these and I wish the bib was longer on these. I wish they had a size 40.

                            @Joberwocky I'm a 34 in the 634 and 888 cuts and wear a 36 in the bib. It's a very relaxed fit in the bib. That being said, I could probably get away with the 34 if I wanted the bib more fitted, but I much prefer the relaxed fit in this.

                              @LewisStonehouse @Filthy @sabergirl I appreciate all the input, now I've just gotta commit!  It was just my birthday on the 3rd, who's to say I shouldn't belatedly treat myself ?? I expect I'd get no judgement here 🤣

                                  @Joberwocky It really depends how roomy you want them. Like you, I'm a 34 (real 34.7) in my 634s. Here, I also took a 34 (real 39.5), which for me fits perfect. It is definitely roomy, not tight at all.

                                    @Joberwocky – I wear an XL in work shirts from IH (looser) or a L (tighter) but prefer XL. I wear a tagged 34" in the 634S and a tagged 33" in the 634-XHS. I chose to order the 805 in a 34" and this is how it fits on me:

                                    I am a true 34" with midrise (634/other IH bottoms) and can (and do) wear a 33" at my true waist with higher rise pants/chinos from other brands (Dickies for example).

                                    Edit: I am also 6'6" and 190/195lbs and have a 35" inseam.

                                      @Filthy @Brock @RoxRocks86 @endo @henry_david you guys wear your overalls so well and in each with your individual swagger. I don't know if I could pull the overall look off myself and was wondering if any of you guys had the same thoughts and feelings before committing to purchasing a pair and how you feel now you taken the jump?

                                        @den1mhead I was a bit concerned I would look a total plonker, but all the fears evaporated as soon as they went on. Think it's just one of those where you have to own it. Received plenty of compliments, apart from my father who thought they were ridiculous  😃
