Someone mentioned Hoof Hearted on another forum… Apparently they're making stellar beers?..
First I'd heard of them. With a Google search, I discovered they are in Ohio, not Connecticut. However, Twelve Percent resides in New Haven, CT. Which would indicate a contract brewing arrangement.

They make great
and have a sense of humor. Who Farted? Hence the name. -
Not bad; something I can't quite pin down about it that I didn't love. I'll have to drink a couple more to figure it out.

I had their red rice ale at my local sushi place (in the before times) and enjoyed it very much.

How comprehensive this Cellar Series is. First time I realized, that different crown cap wax colors can make sense, if crown cap wax ever makes sense….Vanilla Pillow and Black Jam also cellared ;-).
And yes, there is four times the word cellar and an oak in this post :D. -
This was only ok, which was kind of disappointing.
