We just got all caught up on "Yellowstone". My wife now wants to live in Montana. The show is amazing, if flawed by quite a few storylines that fizzle out and go nowhere. Beth steal's every scene she's in.
slight spoilers below:
"cowboy" get's a big intro but never does anything.
Beth horseback riding with help from Walker but it doesn't materialize into anything else.
Characters disappear and never come back (stripper wrangler).

Hahaha what the hell

My mom is watching 'The Crown' with the TV volume on MAXIMUM…
All I can think about is this:
-
-
Wayne on Amazon Prime….thank me later
-
My wife and stumbled up this one a few months back @Megatron1505. What a weird brilliant ugly beautiful funny stupid dark show. I hope they make a season 2.
@Megatron1505:Wayne on Amazon Prime….thank me later

EFTERFORSKNINGEN: don't ask me to pronounce it, but it's bloody good…
-
anyone watch "City on a Hill?" Kevin Bacon is perfectly cast in this one. Season 1 is out and season 2 just began.
-
…all caught up on 'Yellowstone'. Son's of Anarchy on horses. Knew you would like that one @jordanscollected!
…burning through 'Bosch' now. ::)
-
Bosch is quality, I also really enjoyed Animal Kingdom until they stopped showing it in the UK after season 3.

THE DEUCE (S02): well I didn't wanna re-watch S01 but I never gave S02 a chance… I read somewhere (I think in a Guardian review) that season 3 is absolutely flawless, so here we go...
I must say: I'm 20' into he first episode and it is UNCANNY how fleshed out everything is... How REAL both characters and locations feel... The rowdy traffic... In a fucking masterclass of its own...

Season 2 is underrated. Season 3 is the tits. The end will make you feel things.

The way they get the sleazy look of the 70's city is remarkable.

June’s Red Right Hand. Praise be. If you know, you know.
I have to catch up.
Don't know about you but S3 (and the ending of it especially) was about the greatest TV ever made. S4 starts of where S3 ended and the first episode is packed with imagery, synchronicity and fable. It bodes well… in as far as watching that show can ever be a just pleasure and not an burning incitement to flip tables, throw chairs and machete every MF with a penis and misplaced conviction about his own importance in the world.
