@Madame Buttonfly One for you. Has Mr. Clapton bought any more jeans?

@goosehd that woman sure is gorgeous. I like the screaming parts but the regular singing parts are a little too much for me.
This band is long broken up, but their singer was pretty awesome (like above).
She did a side project that sounds like early 90s Metallica with a female singer too.

@Filthy love the atmospheric nature of the doom
@goosehd wow her vocals are dynamic and well rounded - I especially like the Gospel of the Witches song @Filthy shared that shit is wild when they harmonize vocally.
Here is the band I bring up when on topic of strong female vocals:
Dark Castle from Florida

Wow @Oaktavia that was a dirge of a song there. Awesome.
I think Lynda 'Tam' Simpson from Sacrilege is my favorite female singer of all-time. It's excellent punk-crossover thrash if you've never heard them.
New stuff
Her just singing beautifully
Punk-thrash stuff (remastered)
A close second is "Mags" from EOW, yeah that's a gurl as the 2nd singer

@goosehd - some great tunes here! Sadly, unless he is buying under a pseudonym, Mr Clapton has not become a regular customer.
But who needs celebrities when we have the coolest customers on the planet? As evidenced by this thread

You are hitting ist again @Tago Mago
Heard them a lot in recent years… -
@Aetas @goosehd You may already know this, so apologies if I am telling you yesterdays' news. Steven Wilson and Tim Bowness (his partner in No-Man) actually started a podcast called "The Album Years" in which they talk about their favourite albums from across the musical spectrum released in one particular year, with an emphasis on records that haven't necessarily been discussed and dissected to death
