I don’t know if this analogy is appropriate, but when bands first start out,sometimes, their first or second albums might not sell so well,but then they put out that third album and it really catches on prompting fans to go back and check out their earlier work and quite often purchasing it. In the same token the IH customer base has grown significantly in the last 5 years,and through the wonders of the Forum people can go back and see all the cool/amazing things that they missed,and surely would have bought had they been aware of them at that time. They,subsequently,end up hunting through cyberspace to find those grail items. I guess you’d hate to roll the dice a second time and have the item not sell again.

So last time, we intended to weave all the yarn on a shuttle loom (and the shuttle looms have. a lower minimum run requirement). Then we broke the loom because we were weaving the duck under such high tension, the main cast iron bed of the loom sheared.
Understandably the owner of the loom said he did not want to weave anymore on one of his ancient babies….
Because of what happened we managed to get a very small run of non-selvedge duck woven with the remainder of the yarn we had intended to use on the shuttle loom.

it's by far my favourite top. I might do one more winter at work in it. I don't want it to get to the point where it's total trashed and unwearable for casual wear.
