Great choice with the Thuxton @goosehd … you’re going to love that when you get the chance to ride it

The dyna looks great... Many years ago are used to have an Evo FXR with twin shocks which I lowered and put a single seat on similar to that. It was a great bike and handles pretty well (for a Harley), although I’m sure the more modern versions handle and brake a whole lot better

I particularly like The orange flame tank and rest of the paintwork… That colour really pops

I am very much looking forward to spring and putting some time in the saddle.

The FXR is still a dream of mine, and in my opinion, one of the best platforms that Harley made.  All of my friends have had or have some iteration of one, and most are very customized.

I hope to build one when the kids are older and I have free time.  Time will tell….

Have any of you been to the Goodwood Revival (UK) where they race classic cars and motorcycles?  It looks like it’s a short distance to Gosport (hour or two).  I stumbled on it yesterday and have been binge watching.

I've not been to The Goodwood Revival, but I have been to The Goodwood Festival of Speed.  It's less than an hour from here…

I know some people who go again and again and again.  Getting any form of accommodation for 10's of miles around Goodwood at either event is virtually impossible, which speaks to it's popularity.

The Festival of Speed is brilliant, particularly if the sun’s shining. I’m a total petrolhead, but I took a girlfriend who very much isn’t and she had a great time too.

I went to The Revival a long time ago. I don’t remember too much, but I was staggered how hard priceless old cars were being raced. Saw a couple end up on their roof throughout the day.

Even in the rain I personally love anything road racing, especially when a Dunlop is riding! The states have nothing on these athletes.

I like the fact that technology is completely removed from the equation and those guys are using pure skill and talent.

Goodwood FOS is where its at from what I hear.. decent cars and motorcycles. if you like road racing, Isle of Man TT is the pinnacle. Honestly, it is quite hard to beat the adrenaline especially watching the helmet cams..
