Subsequent show?.. I thought CLONE WARS ended this year?.. And I see REBELS started in 2014?.. Just trying to wrap my head around it…
CW started about 11 years ago and there was a hiatus. The started Rebels (which I haven't seen) in the meantime, then came back to finish CW.

I don’t think so, no. Chronologically Rebels happens after CW by about 14 years, just before the events of Rogue One and Ep.IV.
CW is more or less all inbetween ep.II and ep.III. with the exception of the last series some of which happens at the same time as ep.III or just after.

Please tell me you can count the episodes with Jar Jar on a one-fingered hand… Mesa tired of his swamp ass...
He pops up now and again… he isn’t quite as revolting as he is in the movies.
I invested in Disney+ last night, partially because xmas is coming and the smalls need something to to «do» and partially because of this thread and the recent SW discussions. Saw s01ep01 of The Manson last night. Bloody great fun.

All due respect, neph, but you're wrong. He's just as fucking terrible in animated form.
Luckily, from what I can tell, the episodes he shows up in are not particularly important, so you can just skip them and prevent yourself from throwing things at the TV.

Oh: new THE EXPANSE season is out…
Already watched the first three episodes. I missed this show so much.

The election was not my favorite storyline, but I actually like Avasarala a lot.
I think Klaes Ashford is my favorite S4 character, though.

for those of us who grew up watching and loving 80's movies, this show has its finger on the pulse of nostalgia. It does such a great job.
Why did none of you sit my ass down and made me watch COBRA KAI?.. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME PLEASE?..
I just finished episode one and I AM SO FUCKING PUMPED…

It's getting in-KREESE-ingly good…
And yeah: I was born in '81... In a small village BUT we did have one videotheque run by a one armed guy who always sported a bandana... Bet your ass he always had the good stuff... Faces of Death, anyone?.. It doesn't get more eighties than that, right?..
Come to think of it: I do not miss VHS players... When I was a bit older, I ran two at once so I could rent a movie, play it, and DUB it... Aaaah the good ole days...

My parents bought our first VHS video machine in 1982.it had a remote control with a cable that you plugged into the front of the machine. If your sofa wasn't close enough to the TV you had to sit on the floor to use it… Slight design flaw
My dad joined the local cornershop video vlub and took my brother and I there to choose our first ever video rentals. This was 82, pre the 1984 video nasties act, so you can imagine what was on offer. After looking at the covers of a number of classics (Cannibal Ferox comes to mind!) my dad negotiated American Werewolf in London for me, and Bruce Lee's Fist of Fury for my Brother. We were 9 and 7 respectively ???
I still remember the animal stormtroopers dream sequence to this day. I ended up collecting oversized box xx video nasties titles when I was older. I sold them, very carefully, to help contribute to the cost of our wedding.
I used to buy and sell with a guy named Mo from South London. This was by phone and post, before the days of the Internet (word to the wise, if you ever do anything dodgy, don't log on to the Internet or email to do it :D) The police raided his property once and found a list of his customer's addresses. Thankfully he gave me a heads up and my collection was in my mates loft by the time the police knocked on my door. Possession and distribution of banned videos carried a max custodial of 8 years back then. Never did find out what happened to Mo.
