I usually let my girlfriend try them out first. If she falls over and turns colors, then I know that they aren't safe.

The kids got upgraded life jackets yesterday, so we took them out on the water!

One benefit of my job is access to a lot of waterfront homes for easy paddle boarding, thankfully a very kind co-worked didn’t have tenants at her rental home, so we used her dock.
