This summer while on holiday outside of Ålesund, my father-in-law found an old box smoker in the family matriarch’s garage. We took it back to Bodø. My father in law was given a catch of fresh trout and char, yesterday by a friend with a net out in a nearby lake so we went up the cabin to try the smoker out for tje first time…

Enjoying a calm, peaceful beer. Sort of.

This was the second run. Enough for lunches all week.
