I had that one about 4 months ago, when it first hit the shelves. I seem to recall, it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The chocolate was nice. But, it seemed a bit thin for a stout. At least UA is starting to make it's way to you…

I didn’t notice is was only 8% until I opened it. Assumed it was an impy. The chocolate taste was indeed very good. Lots of cocoa and quite rich, but as you say it was a a little thin. A drank a bottle of Liquid Confidence after to make up for it [emoji1]

Had they made it an impy, I believe my opinion may have been much more favorable.

Speaking of impy….. I enjoyed this one a bit more than the Intentionally Indulgent, from a few days ago. Pleasant amount of coconut. Far less boozy on the finish.....

When they add flavors to beers like coconut,and this time of year,pumpkin there’s definitely a sweet spot and pleasant is the adjective I always look for.

Pleasant is a good word for this impy… a porter though so dry and bitter, but balanced with a lovely combo of maple syrup and vanilla. Worked very well.

The NEDipa was also beautifully dry an bitter. Enjoyed the can art too.

Yesterday at work. 9% version. Imperial oatmeal milk stout with blueberries. Fabulous af.

Best beer of 2020 so far was sunk last night. Absolutely glorious, sweet, boozy, fruity and smooth, all in one glass. Went down too easily for 13% ABV.

I've been doing some homework and Nogne O's definitely trying to claw its way back to its former glory years…

As if I wasn't convinced by the two (white and red BA) quads I recently had, Flotsam and Jetsam...

Keep an eye out for their Nordic Noir (and sherry BA version), nephy!.. I know I will be...
