I had bad news since Thursday  :o
Found out from another friend.

My friend closet pal passed away die last month 25 July, die alone in the flat found fews day later.
Age 39 family abandoned him, I try to help him for 20 years to turn his life around.
But kept on drinking felt let down in life completely nothing to live for.

Just sad only if he listen. 

When to the grave pay my respect..

Nothing looks promising anymore in my town, you get up
to see a better day turns out for the worse.
Everybody’s here knows everyone a new death is announced,
everyday knowing someone die, been over 150 deaths in my towns in the last five months.
Another two yesterday gone.
Every week I go to the graveyard, filling up like madness.

Roll over sad times roll on happy times.

Its always sad losing friends, or loved ones but twin is right.
You have to keep going and try and stay positive.
150 deaths in 5 months is enough to make anyone sad.
Don't know if you are a religious man Kasi– but prayer can help at times like that.

No.  The sea out of Looe in Cornwall, Shark and if we are lucky some Blue Fin Tuna.

Sunday bike ride and coffee break at a nearby town in the hills.
