Tour jacket with IHSH-38 and 634od.
This Vespa is in our family since 1984.
Sold all my motorcycles, because of the family increase.
Only two Piaggio scooters had been left and it was time to reactivate the motorcycle passion after all this years.
Covered in the furthest corner of the garage for over eleven years… two kicks and the 2-stroke engine returned back to life :-).
(To get the license plate back, I had to service the carburetor and change the steering bearings- damned german laws).
Could be the initial beginning, to get back on a motorcycle in the future.In 1986, the father of a girl friend offered me his vintage original M-51 he seriously loved (Very generous gesture!)
Annoyingly the beauty was stolen years later (out of my shattered VWBeatle).
Replaced it with this replica shown. Well made, but never liked it ...
(Still have the original white frottee inlay of the vintage M-51 and even this is incredible adorable!!) -
Meanwhile this two bands (and many others) performed in the main Hall in my town at this time, we skated the obstacles in front.
We argued a lot about what is “mean stream and what is right ”…... conclusion then and now: What you feel at the moment is what you get!
Fortunately we sourced a way to sneak in this event venue (The unsecured parking lot door).
We heard not the Punk music we liked, but definitely enjoyed every concert!!! -

Hi @jordanscollected , if we follow the Tour schedule from 2018 and everyone ist still participating, this is the first destination of 9+ (depends on which continent @JDelage is at the moment) in the second European round. It is coming back to the States after @neph has done his harm ???…. round about April/Mai 2021 and it needs another three members to finish the round.

@Aetas Thanks for all the details. I connected with Rueben yesterday too and got some guidance on the if's/whens. Lucky for me, I have patience, plenty of IH clothing to wear now, and I know that jacket will far outlast the tour.

Given that this is the third go around, could we consider a new order in the schedule? Maybe some of the summer folk could get their turns in the winter/spring? Probably a pain but worth considering.

We’ll have to wait and see… there will be a few who may opt out of this and subsequent rounds and that will affect the schedule automatically. But if that doesn’t happen I’ll change things up.

It's worth a thought. July in Germany hasn't been exactly jacket friendly weather in the last few years.

I am happy to take this for another round. Sounds like a good plan letting @neph93 take it during the summer. I know I wouldn't be able to give it much wear in the warmer months. I am struggling to wear a T-shirt at work at the moment let alone a jacket
