Love the soundtracks that Mogwai have done over the years. Saw them in concert around 2008 for the Hawk is Howling tour. Great stuff [emoji106]

Just finished up season 5 of Better Call Saul and it was worth the wait.
Now to find something else that I can sink my teeth into…Also watching The Last Dance about the Michael Jordan years with the Chicago Bulls.Highly recommend it for any NBA fans...or sports fans in general. -
Don't sleep on the Beastie Boys doc at all! Adrock bought a tear to my eye at the end when talking about MCA. It's a shame how they didn't go as in-depth from Hello Nasty onwards as they did with the early years but it would have been 5 hours long then.. but I would have loved every minute.
Oh Jerry, I am a massive Seinfeld nut and can't wait to watch the special, however, haven't seen the best reviews

Seinfeld's getting old... I could barely make it through COMEDIANS IN CARS GETTING COFFEE's last season because of his inane, "old white male" opinions... Might just be me though... I'm very sensitive...

DEAD TO ME S02… Just finished ep 06... It's already superceded S01 if you ask me... Absolutely fantastic, and mixes a great deal of styles and emotions effortlessly... Recommended...
We need to get back into this, just stopped watching S1 for no reason at all. Glad to hear S2 is going good!
All I can say about zerozerozero finale….. BALLS OF STEEL! Bloody loved it and I like how it ended and would be perfectly satisfied if there was not a second season.

I ::) my eyes at the trailer of Zero thinking yeah, another g.d. narco series, but I was pleasantly surprised, pretty good.
Seinfeld is a zillionaire and so comfortably insulated from life and has the arrogance of the moneyed class.
@Seul you mentioned being very sensitive so I must inquire -sensitive skin? sensitive to light?
perhaps pollen? My sympathies.

I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE - new HBO show… Definition of bleak... There's only one ep out afaik, but I reluctantly am looking forward to more... Yeah: it's that god-dang bleak...

Started the most recent season of Billions (S5) last night. Solid as usual.

We have Netflix and Prime and have been scouring the channels for something new to watch. I think because most TV is produced for a broad church most of it doesn't catch my imagination.
We gave Stranger Things a few watches but found it a bit too try hard 'let's do the 80s'. It's well produced, no doubt, but not for me. I'm not much of a Sci fi fan either, I have to have some based in reality… Dark, dark reality
There have been a few detective shows that we've enjoyed, and I'm thinking of giving City on the Hill a go.
@Seul recommend me something genuinely bleak dude… Requiem for a Dream, Irreversible, August Underground type bleak! That's my benchmark for bleak. Everything else is light entertainment!

@Palmer it's a classic. It didn't get a DVD release for a long time in the UK. Its one of those rare films that has absolutely no glorification of war, just its harsh reality.
