I almost do that but I like having a lot of jeans in rotation. I also have four belts and have been known to consider how to pair belts and jeans with boots and jackets. Sometimes I am a little ashamed of myself…. I’ll start moisturising next...

Making bread is manly af. You can burn yourself, and it’s basically chemistry. I started baking with buns and sweet doughs, so sourdough is a step up for me in that respect. The idea of moisturising makes my teerh itch though.

I wear my belt under when possible because it really helps fit to have an extra belt loop in that location. I sometimes wish there were one on both sides!

Combo sunscreen/moisturizer every day for the last 20 years. After I got a bad sunburn on my freshly shaved, pasty white head once in college I decided that was not something I ever wanted to happen ever again.  Straight sunscreen smells too strongly and is usually greasy and unpleasant, so here I am…

Oh, and like Giles, I leave my belt in my jeans at all times (under the patch).

Under. Seems like it would be uncomfortable wearing it over because the leather is so thick, and why on earth would anyone want to cover up these glorious patches? It makes me crazy that the 14oz and 16oz denim doesn’t use the thick leather patches, for that very reason.

I’m with @xtcclassic on the lighter weight Jean patches, even a mildly thicker one would really tempt me. In terms of belt, always, always under the patch, the patches are a signature element of the heavier weight jeans that I’ve no issue displaying.

Me too… definitely prefer the thicker open ones.

I agree with him. That beautiful but massive patch would look weird on a lesser OZ weight.

I get it. Not entirely sure I agree, but I understand where he’s coming from. I do think that at least the 18oz should have the regular heavy patch.
