The IHG-089 is a cordovan card holder that looks like it will bereleased in Japan. Perhaps IH International will also be stocking them @Giles?

They are expensive but a good investment. If you take care of it, it will outlast several pairs of jeans all while continuing to look better all the time.

I needed a wallet that will last long and I trust this one does!

I don’t use the removable inner sleeve and also use a money clip so mine is plenty slim.

A money clip in addition to this wallet? I thought this wallet has a slot to hold bills. Won't that be good enough?
