Looks awesome [emoji41] Nice one! I love this shirt. Takes it time breaking in, but it’s well worth it.

I love this shirt, too. Just like other IH products I have, it’s tough as nails.

Hey powerband, what size did you go with? And did you go larger than your UHF size?

I went with size small because the listed measurement specs fit me. (Apologies for the ignorance but I don’t know what the abbreviation UHF is.) I appreciate that IH list the measurement specs for their items… perhaps that’s why I continue to buy from them.

No need to apologise. UHF stands for Ultra Heavy Flannel. It is an acronym for Iron Heart’s 12oz flannels that use aspero cotton.

In my opinion it's just starting to fade after a couple of years…can't wait to see what the next couple do to it!

Won't be restocked.  We have run out of the denim.  We are sampling a new version in 19oz LHT at the moment, we did try 18oz vintage but decided it was not man enough.  We have left the status of this shirt as "continuous production", so we can harvest "email me when back in stock" requests.

I have yet to see the new sample, so it will be at least 3 months before we see the new version in production I am afraid.

Dang, that's too bad!  But I am intrigued by this 19oz LHT!  Thanks for the heads up!

I know you haven't seen the sample yet so maybe you can't answer but this shirt had longer sleeves than most, do you think the new version will stick with the longer sleeves?

The pattern will be the same, what happens when it is made up into a shirt with the new denim, we have no idea.  But I will tweak to try and make as similar as poss to the IHSH-178

I work up in Playa Vista, about 10 minutes northwest of LAX. Haven't been back in the office in about 3 weeks. The last drive home was eerily traffic-free.

do they just run long in the sleeves?

They do a little. Firstly Haraki-san designs with bike riders in mind. A little length in the sleeves is good when your arms are stretched out. Secondly these can be worn layers as a jacket, over other shirts, sweaters etc. In that case the extra arm length is also useful.

The sleeves on my large were way too long so I sized down to a medium.  It's a little tighter than I'd prefer in the chest but it allows me to wear them without my hands drowning in the sleeves.  Same with the 177.
