If you're looking for real Motorcycle jacket that is meant and designed to be worn on a bike and not just in a bar, then it's definately Langlitz or Vanson (or vintage ones like Golden Bear and Cal Leather)

Aero's are best in their own league.

You take a look through any of the Rin Tanaka books (or any other archive for that matter) at vintage leather jackets, and Will & I can recreate yoo one,  No problem.

I got a custom one made for me last year, i love it.
It's a black cowhide Cascade jacket with no collar and black goatskin elbow and shoulder padding and tan double zipper pulls.  It's amazing.

Black Bear Brand are offering a shacket made by Langlitz in brown and black Horween horsehide.

It looks pretty good, but I think that the Ship John jacket is better.

Agree. I won’t look up the prices since I’m not in the market but assuming they are pretty close I like the Ship John better. @Brock considering the way you put your gear through it’s paces that jacket will look awesome in no time.

I’ve been drooling over this jacket since I saw the prototype at the Moto 1 show back in February!! I’m hoping langlitz can finish them in time to wear a bit this winter! [emoji1694]

I'd be tempted to order one of the Ship John leather jackets if I wasn't broke. However, I'd prefer it with the six pocket arrangement, like on the Wray vest.

Then I'd want it unlined, and maybe a bit tapered. At that point it becomes a whole different thing!
