How do these fit from the knee up compared to the 888’s? The measurements look about the same but “super-duper slim” makes me think otherwise?

Bare in mind the SBG will shrink some.
The 555 has a shorter rise than the 888 and is narrower across the hip. The thigh-knee area is certainly slimmer than the 888.

The rear rise and thigh almost convince me I could make this work. Almost. I will spare the eyes of the cognoscenti that particular atrocity. You're welcome.

@Crabbednut The thighs are pretty spot on with my pair, tight but not ridiculous where as I have too much room for my liking in the 888. Echoing what @neph93 said, they're sanforized but unwashed so you will get some shrinkage. I'd say they're the pair of IH jeans I own which have stretched the least.

Got these in January, wore them a few times since receiving them but not much wear until now. Been hanging and taping drywall in these the last 2 weeks. Turns out it wasn’t just “dust” leaving it’s mark, we got some baby fades going on! 🥳

It’s dangerous having a local shop (The Stockist) that sells IH. I would have never thought the fit on these would work. I’ve gained a bit of weight since getting married this year and these fit great. Post soak fit pics tomorrow.
